CONSTRUCTION of the US$144 million upmarket cluster development in and around Harare has gathered pace and our first phase valued at US60 million expected to be completed by second semester of 2026. We are expecting listing of the properties to the public in November 2024.

“The project is being undertaken by HSECRED HOLDINGS and owned 100% by the company. Our first phase expected to be fully completed by November 2026, with the operational date set to be the third semester of 2027,” said Mr Mabika.
