SAMUEL GROTTIS
Business Development
Samuel has over 48 years’ experience with various companies and with a strong passion in business development and economic transformation in the region of Africa. He started with Zimbabwe sugar refineries, a business partner with Hughs Engineering with specializing in engineering and manufacturing, food processing, timber, mining and transport the business. Samuel was the President of Confederation of Zimbabwe Industries (CZI) and a member of the Board of Governors for World Relief (Head Quartered in Baltimore, Maryland USA). Served as Managing Director later promoted to Country Director and later regional Director in Southern Africa of World Relief Mozambique. Samuel is co-founder of Africa Works and was the CEO. With his experience he is instrumental in the Business Development for HSECRED Holdings
STANLEY NYANDOWE

Projects
Stanley is a Chartered Professional Engineer with over three decades experience in Engineering Construction, Consultancy, Integrated and Infrastructure Development and Logistics Management. Experience within consultancy firms, local government and contractors supported by a well-rounded background in project management and project evaluation, high quality people management, project resourcing and project delivery at an international level in Australia, New Zealand, South Africa, Southern and Central Africa, North Africa, Mainland Asia, and Southeast Asia with sub consultancies in Europe and USA.
He has worked on major project including commercial, residential and industrial land development, dams, irrigation networks, fuel pipelines, commercial complexes, shopping centers and airports in design, D&C and turn-key capacities with involvement in all facets of the project development cycle including feasibility, product development, cost control, marketing, strategic planning and business development. Stanley is on various boards and directorships in Australia, South Africa and Zimbabwe.
He is currently the CEO and Chair of INFRAGROUP, an Australian group of companies majoring in Infrastructure Development. He brings hands on, practical and state of the art knowledge and contemporary engineering consultancy and construction expertise and practice.
He also brings with him construction law expertise as a seasoned construction dispute expert witness and qualified mediator. As such in the process of acquiring his Juris Doctor (Doctorate in Law).
WEBSTER FANADZO
(FCMA, FCIS, MBA)
Administration, Financial Strategist
Webster has over 30 years' experience in financial management and governance spanning various sectors that include the coal mining, manufacturing, logistics and oil and gas industries. He is qualified as a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant. Additionally, he holds a B. Acc. (Hons) degree, an MBA and is also a Fellow Chartered Secretary. He has worked in various senior managerial capacities in companies such as Wankie Colliery, Dulux, the Ports Authority of South Africa, and lately the Petroleum Oil and Gas Corporation of South Africa (PetroSA), where he was the Group Chief Financial Officer till April 2018.
Webster has worked in several fiscal regimes including Zimbabwe, Equatorial Guinea, Egypt, Iran, Mozambique, United Kingdom, US and South Africa. Areas of expertise include financial management, fund raising, supply chain management risk management and insurance.
Webster has horned his stakeholder management skills over the years and has interactively engaged with bodies including Members of Parliament, governments, corporate boards, the investor community, unions, banks and local communities.
Currently, Webster is involved in a variety of entrepreneurial ventures encompassing consulting, real estate, mining, waste-to-value and energy development initiatives in South Africa and Zimbabwe.
RAJAN NAYER

Rajan is a self motivated, dedicated with good public relations holds various certificates with IATA- UFTAA International travel agents, Sport administration and others. He is the Treasurer of the Zimbabwe India Chamber of Commerce since 2016
He has a great cricket administration history, played cricket and was the team captain of various clubs and held Chairman (cricket) position Alexandra and Old Hararians, Vice Chairman of Harare Metropolitan Cricket Association, Board Member of Zimbabwe Cricket and later as the Chairman of Cricket and Development Committee for Zimbabwe.
Rajan has worked for Air India, Vintage travel and tours and is currently the Director of Perennial Travel Experts
